Introduction
Hey Everyone, I am Agata. I am originally from Poland but have lived in London for the last 17 years. I like being active, sports, the outdoors, and inline skating. I am a photographer by passion and a nerd who spends way too much time on my PC.
Morning RoutineI normally wake up around 6 a.m. and get myself a coffee. I tend to do life admin, get my son ready for school, and myself ready for work; I like to get through anything remaining from the day before, as mornings are my most productive times.
Work Routine (Morning)I tend to log on around 7 a.m. I like to put music on ( Wilkinson, Sub Focus, and Kream are my go-to) and get on with organizing my day, following up on any tickets from the day before, emails, etc., and scheduling any meetings/discussions that need to take place. My first thing to do once I’m fully on and active is to check the support queue for any outstanding tickets and organize them by priority.
Work Routine (Afternoon)Due to the nature of our work, our days can be quite unpredictable. Often, I have to attend to something urgent or hop on a quick call, but overall, I like to stick to working on tickets/ emails with a mix of project work! I usually block time off for lunch. I often go for a coffee with one of my friends who lives nearby. We have this fab coffee place that serves the best Pistachio latte!
Work Routine (End of Day)The end of the day is usually a time to do a last check on anything urgent and make sure things are covered. Follow up on anything that needs to be raised for approval or escalated! I try to sign off around 5 pm when I get to spend time with family, cook dinner, and relax. I recently picked up a new hobby and tried my skills at cross-stitching. I’m a huge art lover; I like to draw, listen to music, dance! I sometimes drag my partner to super fun salsa classes.
Personal Insight QuestionsAs in any support role, the hardest parts are tricky tickets that might not be very technical but require a lot of alignment, approval process, etc., and they are simply time-consuming and can be time-sensitive.
But that being said, it is rewarding when I achieve small goals, work on tricky, technical things, and allow me to learn.
